10 Quick Tips To Dramatically Improve Your IQ Score With Ease

Here is a straigtforward list of ten simple exercises you can do on a regular basis to help boost your IQ. It's best if you mix and match those you feel most comfortable with rather than just concentrating on a single one. These exercises don't take up much time, and are easily incorporated into your daily routine. Through regular practice and persistance you will see a noticable difference in your ability to utilize your brain power for maximum performance.

  1. Eat a healthy diet - foods such as oily fish can be essential for the growth of your brain as well as for maintenance of your precious brain cells.
  2. Read something new - reading stimulates the brain, and reading new material stimulates it even more. In to fiction? Try non-fiction.
  3. Drink 2 litres of water a day - keeping the body hydrated is essentail for maintaining essential bodily fluids such as those used in the brain, and is essential for minimizing the risk of headaches.
  4. Listen to music - classical music helps you to relax, enabling your brain to work more efficiently, and listening to a different genre of music gives your brain new information to process as opposed to listening to the same old tracks.
  5. Sleep well - sleep helps the brain to organize thoughts and un-clutter the mind, plenty of sleep helps this process preparing for the new day.
  6. Exercise regularly - excercising on a regular basis improves blood flow to the brain and also promotes cell growth in the brain.
  7. Play video games - yes that's right, video games improves hand-eye coordination as well as stimulating other parts of the brain. This works especially well if you try a game you would not normally play as you are introduced to a new virtual environment to work your way around.
  8. Complete a few crosswords now and then - crosswords can take lots of thought to figure out, and are excellent for improving brain power.
  9. Try out some logic puzzles - logic puzzles such as Sudoku can be tricky to complete, often requiring you to think hard and apply the rules of logic and reasoning which you may not be used to.
  10. Draw - drawing utilizes the right side of your brain, the part of the brain which is used for visualization among other important things. Learning a new skill such as drawing can be very beneficial towards boosting your brain power.
